How does PayPal payouts work?

Contrary to personal PayPal payments, Parkaze, Inc. is buying a service from the “host” (seller) as a business payment. For business payments note that… it is a violation of PayPal’s User Agreement for the seller to charge the buyer a fee for accepting PayPal payments. Section 4.5 of PayPal’s User Agreement states.

If you are selling with a Paypal personal account then – It’s 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

If you are selling with a Paypal business account then – “The PayPal Business Payment fee is paid by the recipient unless it is disclosed to the sender before the sender sends the payment that the sender must pay this fee.” This could be as low as $0.5 per transaction.
