Parkaze is a free to use platform. We take 10% in revenue share from our hosts if they successfully generate bookings via our platform. We do not charge renters any additional service fee.

Instant Booking allows renters to book a spot without the need for the host to confirm each transaction. Instant booking does not change any host preferences. If a spot doesn’t have an instant booking option, the renter will first reach out to the host and after host’s confirmation the renter will be able make the payment.
Each spot will be either a Hourly spot or a Daily+ spot. This is determined by the Host. For hourly spot, the renter will be able to make a reservation for a specific day up-to a maximum of 24 hours. For daily+ spot, the renter will be able to make a reservation for multiple days or even months using the daily, weekly, or monthly rate.
You can directly communicate with the host through our website. Once you make a reservation request, a new message thread will be generated between the renter and host which can be accessed from the >Message section. The host cannot communicate with a renter unless reached out to.
To list your spot, simply follow the instructions on the >Add New Listing drop-down or click on Become a Host if you are not logged in. Once there, you will have the ability to provide information regarding the spot like pricing, location, images, etc.
If you need to deactivate or disable your spot for a certain period of time, you can go to >My Listing>Actions>Disable . This will temporarily hide your listing from renters. Simply click on the disable button to enable your spot.
A late fee will automatically be applied to the renter’s transaction if the renter overstays at your spot. Depending on whethers is hourly or long term booking, grace time and charge will vary.
For hourly and daily bookings there is a 30 minutes grace period, after which a late fee of 1.5x the daily booking rate will automatically apply. Similarly, for multiple day bookings there is a 1 hour grace period.
Furthermore, if the renter has not moved the vehicle and is causing an inconvenience, the host may reach out to the Parkaze team to request a tow truck to move the vehicle. Our customer service through the chat or phone is always available and is always ready to help in whatever way possible.
*Given that the spot is available after a booked period of time, the renter has the option to extend the spot.
